Letting your property can be a stressful experience and we aim to take the stress out of this for you by finding suitable tenants for your property that meet your needs. We will look after your property as if it were our own, offering you the best possible service

We offer a friendly and efficient service and as we are a privately run business we can offer you the most competitive rates. In addition the following services are available:-

Introduction of Tenants only

Which includes:

• Preparing a brochure for your property
• Advertising in the local papers
• Advertising your property on the internet - on our own websites and other leading portals
• Erecting a "To let" board if required
• Taking up references
• Interviewing tenants
• Showing prospective tenants your property and drawing up the initial tenancy agreement and Inventory
• Collecting first months rent and securing it into a government protection scheme (if required)

Full Management Services

Which includes:

• Preparing an Inventory for the property
• Advertising in the local papers
• Advertising your property on the internet - on our own websites and other leading portals
• Erecting a "To let" board if required
• Introducing tenants to your property
• Taking up references
• Drawing up the tenancy agreement
• Taking a deposit and securing the deposit in a government protection scheme (if required)
• Collecting rent from the tenants on a monthly basis and transferring funds to your designated bank account
• Inspecting your house every three months
• Arranging emergency repairs (we also have an out of hours service)

We can also arrange Annual Certificates for Electricity and Gas, Buildings and Contents Insurance, Landlords Insurance etc.
