About James Properties

James Properties is a newly establish Estate & Letting Agents, Chartered Surveyors business set up by Dawn James and Gareth Humphreys. The business was formed to offer very competitive rates for selling and renting properties for vendors and landlords in Caernarfon and the surrounding area.

Estate & Letting Agent

Dawn James has had 12 years estate agency experience and has also successfully rented out several properties of her own. A Home Office trained administrator with a wealth of knowledge in computing and in the field of residential properties.

Dawn is also the founder of a Registered Charity which she has run for 28 years called The Pre-Eclampsia Society whereby she has been asked to make several television and radio appearances and has also lectured at The Royal Society of Medicine in London in 1989.

Dawn has four grown up children and now lives in Caernarfon with her partner Gareth Humphreys.

RICS Regulated Chartered Surveyors

Gareth Humphreys BSc (Hons) MRICS is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (RICS), with over 25 years experience. Having qualified at Trent Polytechnic in Nottingham and then spent several years surveying properties around the West Midlands before moving to North Wales in 1989 where he went on to have 15 years experience with Countrywide Surveyors, and two years experience with Wolton Surveyors covering Gwynedd and Anglesey areas.
